Thai Foot Massage

Foot soak, warm tea, and wellness through your feet

Thai foot massage helps to:

  • Improve blood circulation
  • Stimulate digestive and excretory functions
  • Relieve mental strain, including stress and depression

The technique is based on reflexology foot maps rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and also incorporates principles from Indian Ayurveda and traditional Thai massage (Nuad Bo-Rarn). As part of Thai folk medicine, it is preventive and especially beneficial for people with busy modern lifestyles.

What is Thai foot massage?

The procedure begins with a foot soak, followed by massage using a special foot balm. After the massage, herbal tea is served. It’s recommended not to wash your feet for 1 hour after the massage.
