Thai Massage

Thai massage is an ancient healing method founded by Indian physician Dr. Shivago around 2000 BCE.

It combines reflexology, yoga, acupressure, and Ayurvedic wisdom into a meditative therapy.

The entire body is treated through stretches and pressure, opening joints and energy pathways. The therapist uses their body weight — hands, legs, knees, and elbows — to apply deep pressure.

Ideal session length is 2–2.5 hours, though 1–1.5 hours can still deliver excellent results. Shorter sessions focus on the back. Thai massage effectively relieves back pain.

It harmonizes the body, boosts energy, relieves stress, and calms the mind. Afterward, you feel both relaxed and refreshed.

Massage is performed on a floor mat. Comfortable clothes are recommended. Suitable for both men and women.
